Sam Yager Inc. is expanding the Rosenberg community of Summer Lakes with the opening this month of Summer Park, a 191-acre community which will be home to 200 families. Located across FM 2977 from Summer Lakes, Summer Park will feature new homes by Highland Homes and J. Patrick Homes. Highland Homes also builds in Summer Lakes and will continue to do so and J. Patrick Homes is new to the community.
Homesites in Summer Park are 60 feet wide and pricing will start in the $270,000s. Both builders have started their model homes, which will be complete later this spring.
Summer Park’s planned amenities include a Wi-Fi pavilion, playground, rose arbor, climbing rocks, fountain, benches, and natural play areas.
