Summer Lakes and Summer Park New Model Grand Opening held a Lobster Boil VIP Realtor Event celebrating new models, new sections and new builders on Thursday, May 15. Over 100 Realtors toured the builder model homes and were entered to win one of the three Apple iPad Minis for attending.
The winners of the Apple iPad Minis are Ross Roberts with Keller William Premier, Cynthia Mageau with Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene and Almas Devshi with Realm Real Estate Professionals.
Realtors enjoyed a catered progressive lunch by Tavola Catering including Spinach Salad, Tomato Caprese Skewers, Whole Lobster Tails, Corn on the Cob, Red New Potatoes, Chocolate Lovers Dream Bar with Chocolate Fondue and Gourmet Coffee Bar. Guest also relaxed and enjoyed smooth music by the Nuncio Jazz Trio.
Summer Park is a new community featuring Highland Homes and J. Patrick Homes, with prices starting from the $270s. Each has a brand new model home to showcase their product offerings.
Ashton Woods Homes, Plantation Homes and Highland Homes build in Summer Lakes and each has model homes open daily for touring. Home prices in Summer Lakes range from the $180s to $280s. Ashton Woods Homes is new to Summer Lakes and opened two new model homes earlier this year. Highland Homes has three model homes open in Summer Lakes, making eight total model homes available for touring.
From May 15 – 31, 2014, visitors can tour these model homes and register to win a free Summer vacation at any builder model home. No purchase is necessary to win.
