Sam Yager Incorporated, the developer of Kings Mill, has announced that they will be releasing two new sections in Kings Mill in the first quarter of 2015.
Kings Mill, located adjacent to the master-planned community of Kingwood, is a heavily wooded 213-acre community which features outstanding amenities including several walking trails, as Aquatic Center and an amenity lake.
