The first section of Harper’s Preserve/East Village is now open.
Sam Yager Incorporated just released 24, 80 ft. by 140 ft. homesites in Harper’s Preserve/ East Village to Drees Custom Homes. These homesites are the largest that have ever been offered in Harper’s Preserve and also the first time Sam Yager Incorporated has developed 80’ homesites. Many of the lots are wooded and on cul-de-sacs, and almost one-third of the lots back to the lake or have lake views. Also, exclusively to Lake Palmetto Drive, there are homes featuring concrete, slate roofs.
This section features Drees Custom Homes with all new product, fresh from the company’s architects. The lots are large enough to offer plenty of space for pools, and the lakefront lots offer great recreational fishing. Drees Custom Homes in this section of Harper’s Preserve/East Village start in the $400s. A sales office is now open daily in the community at 8312 Greenleaf Ridge Way, Conroe, TX 77385.
Drees Custom Homes entered the Houston market less than a year ago but the company is quickly making a mark on the Houston home building landscape. The Kentucky-based and family-owned Drees is celebrating 30 years in the Texas market and over 85 years nationally, having been founded in 1928. Drees Custom Homes hired Jay McManus, who has over 20 years experience in the Houston area, as their Houston division president. Drees Custom Homes is already in five Houston area communities, including Summer Lakes in Rosenberg, which is also developed by Sam Yager Incorporated.
